From its headquarters in Waregem, Belgium, and through its eight business units and 24 branches, including in North and South America, Europe and Asia, it serves some 1,500 customers worldwide. Customer satisfaction and customer experience are paramount at the company. In cooperation with and by Integron, Bekaert Deslee commissioned an international customer survey in 40 different countries. "That research brought us many useful insights. Most of them were already known to us, but it is good to see them confirmed so that we can start to follow up and improve where necessary," said Hans Dewaele, Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) at BekaertDeslee.
