Processed personal data (websites)

We may process your personal data because you use our services and / or because you provide us with your personal data when you fill out a form on our websites. We may process the following personal data:

  • Your company name and address
  • Information about your location, device, browser settings, and browsing behaviour

Execution of an agreement

We may use your personal data as part of carrying out an agreement concluded with you.

Contacting you after a contact request.

We may process your personal data to contact you by phone when requested, and / or by (e)mail when we are not able to reach you by phone.

Newsletter

To send a personal newsletter we need your email address and full name. This information is only used for sending the newsletter unless otherwise stated in the form. You can unsubscribe at any time by using the link in each newsletter.

Optimising, improving and securing the Integron websites

We process general visitor data on our websites. These include the IP address of your computer/device, the usage time and the data send by your browser. This data is used for analysing visitor and clicking behaviour on our websites, the security of our websites and for the proper functioning of the websites including the plug-ins and web applications. We use this information to optimise, improve, and secure the usability of the websites. We may share this information with third parties or third-party applications such as Google Analytics. See section ‘Sharing personal data with third parties’.

Processed personal data (respondents)

This part of the privacy statement applies to the processing of personal data of respondents who are approached by us on behalf of a client (either employer or as a client of the commissioning organisation).

Processing personal data

As a respondent, you participate in surveys. We organise these surveys for companies and organisations that want to gain insight into your experiences with the aim of improving the relationship. We do this through online questionnaires, telephone interviews or one-on-one interviews. This may involve the following data:

  • Your first and last name
  • Your gender
  • Your date of birth
  • Your (business) telephone number
  • Your (business) email address
  • Your address details
  • Your company name and address
  • Your job title
  • Your department
  • Your tenure
  • Your company’s size
  • Your business contact (from the commissioning organisation)
  • Answers to questions from the surveys you participate in

Your data will not be linked to your personal results. Therefore, you participate anonymously in our surveys, unless you give us permission to provide feedback on your personal results by name. Only then your data will be linked to your personal results.

Purpose of processing personal data

Your personal data may be processed for the following purposes:

  • To be able to approach you for participation in surveys
  • For conducting analyses and drafting reports

Your personal data will not be used for purposes other than those mentioned above.

Data processing in the Netherlands and abroad

Your personal data will be stored and processed in the Netherlands or in countries for which this is permitted under Dutch law.

If we make use of the services of third parties for the purposes mentioned in this privacy statement and these third parties have access to your personal data when performing the relevant services, we have taken the necessary contractual and organisational measures to ensure that your data is exclusively used for the purposes mentioned above.

Cookies, social media, plug-in scripts & web fonts

Functional cookies

We use functional cookies which are necessary for the proper functioning of our websites. Cookies are files stored on your computer, for example to distinguish users. These cookies can be removed at any time via the browser settings of the computer.

Tracking Cookies

In addition to functional cookies, we may use tracking cookies. Tracking cookies analyse the browser behaviour and examine advertising preferences. For this we use external software such as a Facebook pixel. Before we use these tracking cookies, we first request explicit permission during your visit to our websites. This display can be found in the so-called cookie notice bar at the bottom of the page. You are not obliged to accept these cookies to visit our websites. These cookies can be removed at any time via the browser settings of the computer.

Subsequently, your permission will be requested again. Personal data that are, for example, linked to your Facebook or Google account, can be deleted via the concerned organisations.

Social media plug-in usage

Plug-ins of social media such as Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter can be found on our websites. When you use these plug-ins and you are also logged on to one of the mentioned social media networks, these networks may receive data about your browsing behaviour. When you visit one of our websites, these social media plug-ins can establish a direct connection between your browser and the social media servers. This means that these parties know that you have visited our websites with your IP address. This way Facebook can, for example, link your visit to our websites to your user account. We would like to point out that we, as provider of the websites, are not informed of the content of the transmitted data and therefore neither of the use of this data by these companies. If you do not want these companies to link your visit to your social media accounts, then you must log out of the social media networks before you visit our websites.

Use other plug-in scripts and web fonts

JavaScript is used for the correct functioning and display of our websites. This can also come from an external party such as Google Web fonts. If you activate JavaScript in your browser and do not have a JavaScript blocker installed, your browser may forward personal data if a code is loaded by one of our suppliers. We do not know what data is linked to the received data and for what purposes this data is used. You can prevent JavaScript code from being executed by installing a JavaScript blocker (e.g. www.noscript.net).

How long we store personal data

We do not store your personal data longer than strictly necessary to realise the purposes of your data collection. Your data will not be stored for more than 26 months. You can remove cookies via the browser settings at any time. To remove the cookies from your browser, we have provided links to four popular browsers below:

Specific information for participants (respondents) in a survey:

If a commissioned survey has been carried out, we will return the collected personal data to the client upon written request and destroy the copies made, unless the client disputes the services and / or (personal) data provided. Copies that are part of the backup routine will be removed by us as soon as possible. 2 months after the tasks conferred have been completed, we will signal the client that the data will be destroyed in, unless the client wishes the data to be retained.

If you provide explicit permission for feedback of your answers to the questionnaire by name, a retention period of 24 months applies. After 22 months the Processor shall notify the Controller that the data will be destroyed after 2 months, unless the Controller wants such data to be retained.

Sharing personal data with third parties

We only provide your personal data to third parties if this is necessary for the execution of an agreement with you, to comply with a legal obligation, or to optimise, improve, and secure the operation of our websites. We will carefully handle this information and conclude a processing agreement with third parties. Personal data can also be shared with third parties when we use tracking cookies. These will only be used for our own marketing purposes and will not be shared with / or sold to third parties. Above you will find more information about how we can use it and how you give us permission.

Rights of person concerned

What rights do you have?

  1. Right of access
    You have the right to request information about your personal data.
  2. Right to rectification
    You have the right to have your data corrected or adjusted.
  3. Right to erasure
    You have the right to require that your personal data stored by us be erased, unless the storage of the data is necessary for exercising the right of freedom of expression and information, for compliance with a legal obligation, for reasons of public interest, for establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims or for exercising legal rights.
  4. Right to restriction of processing
    You have the right to request restriction of processing of your personal data, provided that the accuracy of the data is contested by you, the processing is unlawful, but you reject the deletion and we no longer need the data, but is still necessary for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims or when you have objected to the processing.
  5. Right to information (notification obligation)
    If you have exercised your right to rectification, erasure or restriction of processing, we will inform each recipient to whom the personal data have been disclosed of how these data have been corrected, deleted or are now subject to limitations of processing, unless this proves impossible or involves disproportionate effort.
  6. Right to data portability
    You have the right to receive the personal data that you have provided to us, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, in order to transmit those data to yourself or to a third party. However, if you request a direct transfer of the data to another controller, we only do this if technically feasible.
  7. Right to object
    You have the right to object to the processing of your data.
  8. Right of withdrawal of given permission
    You have the right to withdraw your consent to the collection of data with future effect at any time. We hope you understand that for technical reasons it may take some time to process the withdrawal and that you may continue to receive messages from us during this time.

We are very serious of the protection of your data and take appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorised access, unwanted disclosure, and unauthorised modification.
