Functional cookies

Social media plug-in usage
Plug-ins of social media such as Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter can be found on our websites. When you use these plug-ins and you are also logged on to one of the mentioned social media networks, these networks may receive data about your browsing behaviour. When you visit one of our websites, these social media plug-ins can establish a direct connection between your browser and the social media servers. This means that these parties know that you have visited our websites with your IP address. This way Facebook can, for example, link your visit to our websites to your user account. We would like to point out that we, as provider of the websites, are not informed of the content of the transmitted data and therefore neither of the use of this data by these companies. If you do not want these companies to link your visit to your social media accounts, then you must log out of the social media networks before you visit our websites.
Use other plug-in scripts and web fonts
JavaScript is used for the correct functioning and display of our websites. This can also come from an external party such as Google Web fonts. If you activate JavaScript in your browser and do not have a JavaScript blocker installed, your browser may forward personal data if a code is loaded by one of our suppliers. We do not know what data is linked to the received data and for what purposes this data is used. You can prevent JavaScript code from being executed by installing a JavaScript blocker (e.g. www.noscript.net).

We will do everything we can to help you the best way possible. Yet it may happen that you are not satisfied with the handling of your question or complaint. In that case it is possible to submit your question or complaint to the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
How can I unsubscribe?
Are you (or have you been) a customer of our client and do you no longer want to receive e-mails from us regarding a survey? If that is the case, at the bottom of our e-mail you will find a link for you to unsubscribe.
How has Integron obtained my data?
Integron received your data from the organisation that commissioned the survey. Naturally, Integron will handle your data with great care. The protection of personal data is governed by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) in the Netherlands.
How long we store personal data
We do not store your personal data longer than strictly necessary to realise the purposes of your data collection. Your data will not be stored for more than 26 months. You can remove cookies via the browser settings at any time. To remove the cookies from your browser, we have provided links to four popular browsers below:
Specific information for participants (respondents) in a survey:
If a commissioned survey has been carried out, we will return the collected personal data to the client upon written request and destroy the copies made, unless the client disputes the services and / or (personal) data provided. Copies that are part of the backup routine will be removed by us as soon as possible. 2 months after the tasks conferred have been completed, we will signal the client that the data will be destroyed in, unless the client wishes the data to be retained.
If you provide explicit permission for feedback of your answers to the questionnaire by name, a retention period of 24 months applies. After 22 months the Processor shall notify the Controller that the data will be destroyed after 2 months, unless the Controller wants such data to be retained.
How long will it take to fill in the questionnaire?
Naturally, the average time it takes to fill in the questionnaire will depend on the number of questions but can also depend on your personal situation and the answers that you give. On average, it will take 5-15 minutes to fill in a questionnaire.
I can’t answer all the questions in one go, what can I do?
You can login more than once via your personal link (or with your username and password) without your answers being lost. Your answers will be stored in the link as soon as you enter them. This way you can close the questionnaire whenever you like and go back to it later on to finish completing it.
I have lost my login details. Who should I contact about this?
Please contact us via support@integron.nl if you have lost your login details.
I have received a reminder but I have already filled in the questionnaire. How can that be?
If you have already filled in the questionnaire but have still received a reminder, then the updating of the response and the sending of the reminder have probably crossed. If that is the case, you can disregard the reminder. You do not need to do anything, as your feedback is stored when you fill in the questionnaire.
I haven’t received an invitation, what should I do?
First of all, you should check your spam folder to make sure that your invitation has not ended up there. If you haven’t received an invitation, then you might not belong to the target group for the survey. To verify this you can contact the client’s contact person mentioned in the invitation or contact us via support@integron.nl.
Is participation in the survey anonymous?
Employee (satisfaction) survey (ESS)
Participation in a survey that is being conducted among employees is always anonymous. As an independent research bureau, Integron does have insight into who has filled in the questionnaire. That is because a code is created for every employee and incorporated in a personal link. These enable us to send a reminder e-mail if necessary and to help you if you experience problems when filling in the questionnaire.
The codes enable your answers to be incorporated in group results which distinguish between business units, for example. A minimum group size is used in order to guarantee anonymity.
Customer satisfaction survey (CSS)
If you take part in a customer satisfaction survey, Integron will indicate in the invitation whether or not it is possible to participate anonymously. If it is possible to participate anonymously, you can indicate in the questionnaire whether your data should be treated anonymously or not. If it is not possible to participate anonymously, you give your consent to treat your response non-anonymously by taking part in the survey. By not participating anonymously, you are enabling the company to carry out targeted improvement actions at customer level.
As an independent research bureau, Integron has insight into who has filled in the questionnaire (and who hasn’t). We use codes for this purpose which are incorporated in your personal link. These enable us to send a reminder e-mail if necessary and to help you if you experience problems when filling in the questionnaire.

Login via the link is not working
Are the ‘Username’ and ‘Password’ input fields empty in the login screen that appears? If they are, something has gone wrong as the link should log you in automatically. Please contact support@integron.nl.
Login with username and password is not working
- Check the web address: questionnaires via the Internet can only be filled in on the website: https://survey.integronresearch.com.
- Check the username and password that you have received from Integron. Pay particular attention to the variation in upper and lower case letters and any spaces.
Nothings happens when I click on ‘’Next’’ in the questionnaire.
If you are not taken to the next page when you click on the Next button, please make sure that you have filled in the current page completely. You may be obliged to answer some questions: if any such questions have not been answered, you will not be able to go on to the next page until you do.
Processed personal data (Dashboard & App)
This section of the privacy statement applies to the processing of personal data of users who log in to the dashboard and/or the app on behalf of a client.
Processing personal data
We organize these investigations for companies and organizations that want to gain insight into the experiences of customers and/or employees with the aim of improving the relationship. In order to give you access to the results through the dashboard and/or the app, it is necessary to create an account for you. In doing this, we process personal data. This may involve the following data:
- Your first and last name
- Your (business) email address
- Your company name and its NAW (Name, Address, City) details
- Your job title
- Your department
- Your years of service
- Size of your company
- Your business contact person (from the client)
Your data will not be linked to your personal results. Your personal data will not be used for purposes other than those mentioned below.
Purpose of processing personal data
Your personal data may be processed for the following purposes:
- To be able to contact you for access to the dashboard and/or the app.
- To carry out analyses regarding your use of the dashboard and/or the app.

Processed personal data (respondents)
This part of the privacy statement applies to the processing of personal data of respondents who are approached by us on behalf of a client (either employer or as a client of the commissioning organisation).
Processing personal data
As a respondent, you participate in surveys. We organise these surveys for companies and organisations that want to gain insight into your experiences with the aim of improving the relationship. We do this through online questionnaires, telephone interviews or one-on-one interviews. This may involve the following data:
- Your first and last name
- Your gender
- Your date of birth
- Your (business) telephone number
- Your (business) email address
- Your address details
- Your company name and address
- Your job title
- Your department
- Your tenure
- Your company’s size
- Your business contact (from the commissioning organisation)
- Answers to questions from the surveys you participate in
Your data will not be linked to your personal results. Therefore, you participate anonymously in our surveys, unless you give us permission to provide feedback on your personal results by name. Only then your data will be linked to your personal results.

Your personal data will not be used for purposes other than those mentioned above.

Optimising, improving and securing the Integron websites
We process general visitor data on our websites. These include the IP address of your computer/device, the usage time and the data send by your browser. This data is used for analysing visitor and clicking behaviour on our websites, the security of our websites and for the proper functioning of the websites including the plug-ins and web applications. We use this information to optimise, improve, and secure the usability of the websites. We may share this information with third parties or third-party applications such as Google Analytics. Sharing personal data with third parties
We only provide your personal data to third parties if this is necessary for the execution of an agreement with you, to comply with a legal obligation, or to optimise, improve, and secure the operation of our websites. We will carefully handle this information and conclude a processing agreement with third parties. Personal data can also be shared with third parties when we use tracking cookies. These will only be used for our own marketing purposes and will not be shared with / or sold to third parties. Above you will find more information about how we can use it and how you give us permission.
The questionnaire is not working
- If the questionnaire keeps on loading, then in many cases it helps to copy the link to a different Internet browser (e.g. Google Chrome, Safari (Apple), Microsoft Edge or Mozilla Firefox).
- If you receive the following message: “Either the questionnaire you are trying to access was already closed or you do not have the proper credentials to access it.” , it may be that the survey has already been closed, see the date in our invitation e-mail. If the survey has not been closed, then something else has gone wrong and we would like to ask you to contact us via support@integron.nl.
What should I do if I am unable to answer all the questions?
If you are unable to answer a particular question, then you can indicate this or you can leave the question open and go on to the next question. In many cases, you are not obliged to answer the question.
What should I do if my questionnaire has already been completed?
If answers have already been filled in in your personal questionnaire – but not by you – then you may have used a colleague’s link (or vice versa). Integron uses personal links in which answers are stored. That is why it is extremely important not to share your personal link with anyone else.
The best way for you to resolve this problem is to contact us. We will then look at the best way to resolve this problem for you. If necessary, we will provide you with a new (empty) link. You can contact us at support@integron.nl.
What software do I need to be able to fill in a questionnaire?
You will need the following software to fill in the questionnaire:
- Internet browser (Google Chrome/Microsoft Edge)
- Javascript
- Cookies enabled
What will be done with all the results?
The results of the survey will be processed by Integron. Integron will then provide the client with access to the results via an online dashboard. A report containing the results may also be drawn up. The aim of such a report is to clarify the main strengths of the organisation and points for improvement. The final report will form the basis for the optimisation of employee or customer relations.
In the case of an employee survey, your response will always be anonymous. In the case of a customer survey, your name and organisation will only be shared with your feedback if you give your consent.
Who will be participating in the survey?
The client has provided a file containing all the contacts who they want to allow to take part in the survey. This may be either customers or employees. In the case of a customer survey, it is possible that several people within an organisation may be asked to complete the questionnaire, so that the performance of the company can be assessed based on a number of perspectives or business units.
