The average resilience score of working Holland is a 7.4. Not a bad grade, but still away from a minimum desired score of 7.8. It shows that Dutch employees generally possess reasonable resilience. In other words, they have the ability to adapt to new situations and can bounce back after a setback. So according to recent research by Team Heartbeats and Integron among 5,100 working Dutch people in various industries.

For the first time in a few years, the number of promoters dropped at Dutch companies. From 31% in 2022 to 27% in 2023. Fewer promoters means fewer enthusiastic employees who would recommend their employer to others. Interestingly, the average satisfaction of Dutch workers actually increased slightly: 7.5 in 2023 compared to 7.4 in 2022. This is evident from our new employee experience survey of some 5,000 participants across 13 industries. Read more and download the report here.
