1nergiek and Integron have been working together since 2016. For example, the last years we have conducted several satisfaction surveys in the field of customer and employee. Last summer, the cooperation has been extended for 5 more years. A good moment for an update with Laetitia Simonis, Managing Director at 1nergiek.
Once per three year, Allinq conducts an employee survey with temporary thematic surveys. By doing this, the progress of the development process will be monitored and corrected.
FN Steel produces high-quality wire rod for the top of the market in the automotive, engineering and machine building sectors. The organization has been part of British Steel since 2017. 300 employees work at the Dutch location in Alblasserdam. Since 2008, the company has been working with Integron for employee research (ESS). De Jong & Laan is a medium-sized account and tax consultancy firm with a service area that extends across the north, east and centre of the Netherlands. Once founded by two people, the company has grown to 700 employees in 2019 with more than 10,000 customers. In 2017, the organization started conducting employee satisfaction surveys (ESS) again after seven years of no ESS.
Ewals Cargo Care is an international operating family business with approximately 2,200 employees. The organisations’ focus is on transport and supply chain management. In 2013, Ewals Cargo Care and Integron collaborated for the first time by conducting an employee satisfaction survey. Since then Integron conducts a new survey every two years. The most recent joint employee satisfaction survey awarded them with an Employee Experience Award during the Experience Awards in 2021. This business case covers the survey we conducted in 2017 with sustainable employability being the most important theme. For the implementation of the survey, money was used which has been subsidized by the European Social Fund (ESF), especially for surveys with this kind of themes. The survey was conducted among employees in 16 countries and 11 languages.
Integron and Baker Tilly Berk first collaborated in 2015 to achieve insight into employee satisfaction. Baker Tilly Berk’s name in its field of business is such that it requires no introduction. With 17 branches, over 700 employees and a top 10 listing in the Netherlands, Baker Tilly Berk is a renowned accountancy firm.
