Ewals Cargo Care focuses on sustainable employability

Ewals Cargo Care is an international operating family business with approximately 2,200 employees. The organisations’ focus is on transport and supply chain management. In 2013, Ewals Cargo Care and Integron collaborated for the first time by conducting an employee satisfaction survey. Since then Integron conducts a new survey every two years. The most recent joint employee satisfaction survey awarded them with an Employee Experience Award during the Experience Awards in 2021. This business case covers the survey we conducted in 2017 with sustainable employability being the most important theme. For the implementation of the survey, money was used which has been subsidized by the European Social Fund (ESF), especially for surveys with this kind of themes. The survey was conducted among employees in 16 countries and 11 languages.
