So according to recent research by Team Heartbeats and Integron among 5,100 working Dutch people in various industries.
For the first time in a few years, the number of promoters dropped at Dutch companies. From 31% in 2022 to 27% in 2023. Fewer promoters means fewer enthusiastic employees who would recommend their employer to others. Interestingly, the average satisfaction of Dutch workers actually increased slightly: 7.5 in 2023 compared to 7.4 in 2022.
