Personal data that may be processed (respondents).
This section of the privacy statement applies to the processing of personal data of respondents contacted by us on behalf of a client (either employer or as a client of the commissioning organization).
Processing personal data
As a respondent, you participate in surveys. We organize these surveys for companies and organizations that want to gain insight into your perception and experiences with the aim of improving the relationship. We do this through online questionnaires, written questionnaires, telephone interviews or one-on-one interviews. In doing so, we process personal data. This may include the following data:
- Your first and last name
- Your gender
- Your date of birth
- Your (business) phone number
- Your (business) email address
- Your address information
- Your company name and its name and address information
- Your job title
- Your department
- Your years of service
- Size of your business
- Your business contact (from the client)
- Answers to questions from the surveys you participate in
Your data will not be linked to your personal results. You therefore participate in our surveys anonymously, unless you expressly consent to your results being linked back by name. Only in that case will your data be linked to your personal results.
Processing purpose personal data
Your personal data may be processed for the following purposes:
- Conducting customer and employee surveys
- Analyzing and reporting research results
- Improving our services
- Complying with legal obligations
Your personal data will not be used for purposes other than those listed above.
Legal basis for processing
We process your personal data only on one of the following bases:
- Your consent
- The performance of an agreement
- Meeting legal obligations
- Our legitimate interest, such as for research purposes and improving our services
Sharing of personal data
We use third parties (sub-processors) to make our services possible. These include IT service providers, hosting partners and call centers or printers. Where these parties have access to personal data, we have entered into processor agreements to ensure that your data is protected in accordance with the AVG.
Data outside the EU/EEA
Your personal data will be stored and processed in the Netherlands or in countries for which this is permitted under Dutch law.
We do not process data outside the EU/EEA.
Retention period
We do not retain your personal data longer than necessary for the purposes for which it was collected. The retention period may vary for each study and is coordinated with our clients.
Your rights
You have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Right to inspect, correct or delete
- Right to object to processing
- Right to transferability of your data
- Right to withdraw your consent

Data security
We take appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data from loss, misuse or unauthorized access. Our systems and processes are designed accordingly and are regularly audited. Integron is ISO27001:2023 certified.

Integron reserves the right to change this privacy statement. We encourage you to periodically review this statement for the most current information on our privacy practices.
