The questionnaire is not working

  • If the questionnaire keeps on loading, then in many cases it helps to copy the link to a different Internet browser (e.g. Google Chrome, Safari (Apple), Microsoft Edge or Mozilla Firefox).
  • If you receive the following message: “Either the questionnaire you are trying to access was already closed or you do not have the proper credentials to access it.” , it may be that the survey has already been closed, see the date in our invitation e-mail. If the survey has not been closed, then something else has gone wrong and we would like to ask you to contact us via support@integron.nl.
