How we proceed

Continuous Improvement Inspiration Session

An energetic start for 10-15 participants. You will learn to look through the eyes of the customer and see where waste is. We use examples from your own practice.

Result: a shared picture and initial improvement ideas.

Continuous Improvement Training

In one training, Integron trains a team of Continuous Improvers and they immediately apply Lean principles and tools to some vital processes for your customers or employees.

Result: trained colleagues who can implement improvement projects independently.

Work session Continuous Improvement Assignment

From feedback to process optimization in 4 steps: shared images, supported decision and localization of the problem. Together we determine what the goal is and create a plan of action.

Result: clear priorities and a concrete starting point for improvement.
