The “Future Vision” track consists of three parts:

In an interactive strategy session (half-day session), we bring board and management together to define the future image and CX or EX promise.

2. Make the promise measurable: the quantitative vision

Together we determine the concrete KPIs that show when you are truly successful. Think of (e)NPS scores, customer or employee feedback and business goals.

3. Embedding in roles, rhythm and reporting.

We secure the agreements made in practice. We do this with a session in which roles, processes and reporting are aligned with the new course.
