Our approach: three forms of Feedback 4-ward

1. Executive session:

In one interactive session, the board or upper management brings the main priorities into focus. Together, we go through four steps: from analysis to weighted choices, a shared dream for the coming year and initial short-term actions.

2. Team/department session
