Rights of person concerned<\/strong><\/h2>\n

What rights do you have?<\/h3>\n

  1. Right of access<\/strong>
    \nYou have the right to request information about your personal data.<\/li>\n
  2. Right to rectification
    \n<\/strong>You have the right to have your data corrected or adjusted.<\/li>\n
  3. Right to erasure
    \n<\/strong>You have the right to require that your personal data stored by us be erased, unless the storage of the data is necessary for exercising the right of freedom of expression and information, for compliance with a legal obligation, for reasons of public interest, for establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims or for exercising legal rights.<\/li>\n
  4. Right to restriction of processing
    \n<\/strong>You have the right to request restriction of processing of your personal data, provided that the accuracy of the data is contested by you, the processing is unlawful, but you reject the deletion and we no longer need the data, but is still necessary for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims or when you have objected to the processing.<\/li>\n
  5. Right to information (notification obligation)
    \n<\/strong>If you have exercised your right to rectification, erasure or restriction of processing, we will inform each recipient to whom the personal data have been disclosed of how these data have been corrected, deleted or are now subject to limitations of processing, unless this proves impossible or involves disproportionate effort.<\/li>\n
