The results from the survey are registered in our dashboard ‘Customer-‘ and ‘Employee Heartbeat’ in real time. A link provides you with direct access to the results and you can use the activation management to direct actions to the aspects with the highest improvement potential.

The Integron App

KPIs such as satisfaction, (e)NPS and response rate can be followed anytime and anywhere via the app. Via our action management it is also possible to set out actions based on the results to involve colleagues. The App is now available for all users of our online dashboard.
