The survey has been completed and your team has been informed about the results. What’s next? With the 1-2-3-game, the results and follow-up will be discussed in sessions on strategic, tactical and operational level.

We discuss the results with the project group on the basis of the reports. We discuss the most important highlights, advise on the improvement possibilities and prepare the improvement process.
Board of directors presentation
During a presentation to the board of directors we explain the content and methodology, we share the research results and give advice on the improvement possibilities and the improvement process.
Board of directors session
During an interactive presentation with predefined questions, we explain the content and methodology, share the research results and give advice on improvement possibilities and the improvement process.
With the output from the board of directors reports and / or score cards per organizational unit, we hold a session with the management team. During this session we share the research results, we create support for strategic improvement policy attachments and we formulate the action points.
With the results from the management and policy reports and the dashboard, we provide training to HR by practicing certain working methods in further activating and setting up decentralized actions.
Through the output from the board of directors and management reports per division or department, we share the results and determine the operational improvement policy with team/department management.
Together with the managers and employees (from a specific team) we get started with the reports and the dashboard. During the workshop we will work on the improvement and action points and we will stimulate employees to formulate the request for help and to take own responsibility: “what do I do myself?”
