The company now has over 1,000 associates along with operations and partner representation worldwide.
For the past three years, Hypertherm’s European organization has contracted with Integron to provide us with formal input on overall levels of customer satisfaction relating to our products and services. Each year they have conducted a survey and provided extensive analysis of the results. The information provided through this process has been the critical first step in our annual business planning process, and has been immensely important as we decide where to allocate resources to achieve our overall business objectives. Trend results from one year to the next have also given us a clearer window through which we can view which efforts have been successful and which have not. This is very helpful in understanding the effect of our programs and initiatives.
Integron ziet klanten en medewerkers als de belangrijkste energiebronnen voor het bouwen van echte succesvolle organisaties.
