We asked Integron to perform a satisfaction survey across three business units: Versatics, Dispersions and Epoxy Resins. Each of the businesses has its own characteristics, customers, production facilities and R&D. There are also similarities and shared resources like customer services. We treated the survey as 3 different surveys, but the questionnaires were very comparable. The requirements for the questionnaire were discussed with the different business teams and coordinated by Integron. The survey was executed online with their Customer Heartbeat Multilingual system. Every business received its own Dashboard in Customer Heartbeat. In this dashboard clear priorities are listed as well as competitive position and customer loyalty. In the discussions and presentations Integron combined the information and linked it to business processes. Also benchmark data from other industries is used to put results in the proper perspective. The survey is useful for business management, sales, supply chain, customer service and quality management in our effort to continually improve  internal processes and customer service."
