Integron executed a customer satisfaction survey for DSM Desotech customers. Customers were invited to participate with an on-line questionnaire in several languages. The survey was also filled out by DSM Desotech's employees. This in order to observe both customer satisfaction and employee perception. The results are published at an on-line result dashboard, accessable for DSM management.  The outcome is discussed in management meetings, including the regions by video conferencing. The result is in-depth knowledge about customer behaviour, preferences and performance, enabling Desotech to improve business and understand trends and developments.
